Pricing Policy
- Pricing is negotiable based on one-on-one discussions between DigiKonnect and the client.
- Estimated response time after work assignment is typically 12 to 24 hours.
- If a bug is reported, the response time will be within 48 hours.
- For ongoing projects lasting one month or more, status updates will be provided every 7 to 14 days.
- If the client prefers to engage on an hourly basis, the standard rate is $20 per hour. However, this preference must be explicitly mentioned in the enquiry description or confirmed via email prior to the commencement of work.
